Silent Night

Synopsis

Christmas Eve, 1976. Snow, silence, darkness. Three young people—a pregnant woman, her husband, and his younger brother—are killed by a bus while on their way to Midnight Mass. No one saw anything. Or perhaps no one wants to talk. Instead of answers, there is a wall of silence. The incident is officially ruled an accident. But the victims’ mother and a young police officer named Maczek refuse to believe it was just a coincidence. He risks his career; she risks everything she has left. The deeper they dig, the more shocking revelations come to light. And the truth? It might just prove to be worse than the lie.
