Scariest, Creepiest and Most Disturbing Horror Movies
1. In no particular order or rank 2. Title selection based on the Era and Context/Setting of when I first watched it: from viewing a title alone with headphones to watching it in a theatre with an audience. With two equally Scary/Eerie/Disturbing movies, the title I saw in a theatre will get higher respect from me than the one I watched alone with headphones (as personally, I feel that being alone in the dark with headphones on makes the experience much more realistic and intense - due to hearing sounds in depth not attainable in a theatre as well as being by myself.) 3. This list takes into consideration (in no particular order) a) Overall quality of the movie and/or plot b) Scare Intensity during the viewing c) Scare duration after the viewing (if any...) d) Disturbing Intensity e) Ambience Creepiness and/or Eeriness Intensity f) If it was ahead of it's time Enjoy. More to come!
