Synopsis

Violence spreads out across the Middle East as the Arab Spring uprising takes hold. M.I.6 agent Frank Reilly (Capstick) is sent to recover British rendition documents from Gaddafi's secret service vault in Libya. With central American drug cartels under pressure from Mexican drug gangs a new trade in African blood diamonds offers them easy cash and new regional control.
