DC Nation
DC Nation was a content block for Cartoon Network in the early 2010s. It was a cool way to watch animated DC shows on a consistent basis with various shorts sprinkled in between ad breaks. It’s a shame it folded to make way for more Teen Titans Go! airtime, but it was a cool thing while it lasted. It comprised of 4 main shows (Young Justice, Green Lantern: The Animated Series, Teen Titans Go!, and Beware the Batman) with 25 overall short programs produced during the block’s lifetime. - Zack Synder's "Superman 75th Anniversary" short was a standalone production that only aired on DC Nation, not something produced for the block like the rest of these shorts, so it isn’t included. - "MAD Presents..." was just a curated bundle of DC-related parody segments from the "MAD" TV show, repackaged and aired on DC Nation. Not original content exclusive to DC Nation. - Despite what Wikipedia tries to tell you, 1-minute long advertisements (interviews, clips, etc.) that aired on the block to promote various other DC products do not count as apart of the DC Nation lineup. - Although micro-series for Doctor Fate, Starro the Conqueror, Batman: Black and White, and a Genndy Tartakovsky Superman were in the pipeline, they were all shelved after the block’s cancellation.
