Biography

Nicholas Daniel Miller, professionally known as ILLENIUM, is an American musician, DJ, record producer, and songwriter. His music is primarily associated with EDM, particularly the subgenres of future bass, dubstep, and house. ILLENIUM has released six studio albums: Ashes (2016), Awake (2017), Ascend (2019), Fallen Embers (2021), ILLENIUM (2023), and Odyssey (2026). Fallen Embers (2021) earned him his first Grammy Award nomination, while his last four albums consecutively topped the Billboard Dance/Electronic Albums chart. His discography has also produced eight number-one hits on Billboard's Dance Airplay chart, including 'Takeaway' a collaboration with The Chainsmokers featuring Lennon Stella; 'Luv Me a Little' featuring Nina Nesbitt; and, most recently, 'Don't Want Your Love' featuring Ellie Goulding. In addition to his original productions, ILLENIUM has gained recognition for his remixes of prominent artists, including The Chainsmokers and Daya's 'Don't Let Me Down', Lana Del Rey's 'Flipside', Taylor Swift's 'Anti-Hero', and Flume and Tove Lo's 'Say It'. His remix of 'Say It' earned him the Remix of the Year award at the inaugural Electronic Music Awards in 2017. In 2020, he was named to Forbes' 30 Under 30 list in the Music category. His other accolades include a Billboard Music Award, six Electronic Dance Music Awards, two International Dance Music Awards, and a GRAMMY® Award nomination.
